At 1740 m above sea level and at the gates of the Toubkal National Park, Imlil is the ideal starting point for ascending Mount Toubkal, whose summit is the highest in Morocco and North Africa.
Recommended excursion: Tuesday or Saturday. Days where you can discover a weekly market in the area.
Departure at 8h30 from your hotel, after a few minutes drive we will stop to visit a Berber market, Then we will continue our route to arrive at the valley of Imlil (1740m altitude) where we will start a beautiful walk on foot or on the back of mules on a mountain path passing by a series of Berber villages to reach the village Aremd (very beautiful Berber village at 2050m altitude) for lunch in a beautiful mountain lodging. After this stop we will go down to Imlil by another path.
