The valley of the Zat is a very beautiful virgin valley which is not known by mass tourism. It is located 70km southeast of Marrakech.
Recommended excursion: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. Days where you can discover a weekly market in the area.
Departure at 8h30 from your hotel. After a few minutes drive we will stop to visit a very beautiful and typical Berber market. We will take the road back to the village of Tirhadouine where we will make a nice walk or on the back of mules on a path passing by the village Laâouina known for its gas springs and by…! Arriving in the village of Talatast (typical Berber village known for its potters) we will have lunch with a Berber family of great traditions. The return to the village of Tirhadouine will take place on another path, crossing the caravans of mules that go up to the Berber villages, panoramic views over the valley and the gardens of culture. The arrival in Marrakech will be at the end of the day.(For people who like to walk you can extend the walk after lunch)
